Amy is a new development sales specialist with particular expertise in the sales and marketing of luxury properties internationally. She has acted as onsite broker for some of Manhattan’s highest profile condominiums, most recently Extell Development’s record-breaking ONE57. She has successfully represented developers in overseas markets including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Dubai, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Paris and London, developing global sales and marketing acumen and a keen sensitivity to the cultural perspectives that inform buyer behavior. Acting additionally as a buyer’s representative in the US, Amy has served a diverse network of Asian, Latin American and European investors and pied-à-terre purchasers, providing them with the local insight necessary to conclude transactions in an unfamiliar market. She has provided commentary on international buyer trends to a range of respected media outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, the New York Observer, Forbes, the Robb Report, the South China Morning Post, and TV Tokyo, among others.
Amy graduated from the London School of Economics with a Bachelor of Science in International Relations. She holds a post-graduate law degree from the London College of Law, and qualified into the property department of one of London’s top-ranking law firms in 2004. She is a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in the State of New York, and previously held positions as Vice President of Sales at Prodigy International, and a Senior Vice President at Douglas Elliman.
As Senior Vice President of Global Markets, Richard Jordan liaises between both sides of global real estate powerhouse Douglas Elliman Fine Homes | Knight Frank Residential, whose privatized international real estate platform is the largest in the world, with 441 offices spanning 55 countries across 6 continents.
Traveling throughout key global economic cities, including London, Dubai, Hong Kong, and São Paulo, Richard educates leading brokers, advisors and sophisticated buyers on emerging market trends, international buying processes, and market opportunities within DEKF Residential’s new development portfolio, representing a combined $72 billion.
