“There is a difference between dining and eating. Dining is an art. When you eat to get most out of your meal, to please the palate, just as well as to satiate the appetite, that, my friend, is dining.”

― Yuan Mei

The term Fine Dining brings to mind all kinds of images, from crisp white table cloths to waiters in

tuxedos. Fine dining, just as the name suggests, offers patrons the finest in food, service and atmosphere. To

dine in such an environment it requires a set of etiquettes to be followed. The purpose of these etiquettes

is to make others feel at ease and to build rapport.

Why Seventh Course?

Good Manners + Confidence + Style =First Impression

In today’s corporate world, creating indelible impressions about yourself and the organization you represent is key to your success personally and professionally.

This subject is extremely important because within the first 3

seconds of an encounter you are evaluated, even if just by a glance. You may have hardly said a word, but you will still be appraised.

In addition to that many important decisions are made over a

meal. These first impressions can be nearly impossible to reverse or undo, making  those first encounters extremely important, for they set the tone for all the relationships that follow
