Virendra Rastogi Founder & MD

A management graduate started his career in recruitment in 1994 by promoting Rite Choice Consultants, which became a Pvt Ltd. co. in Dec. 1995.

Prior to starting his own enterprise, he has worked in service industries including Aviation & Logistics for over a decade and has held national portfolios in Sales & Operations.

With a desire to be on his own and domain-expertise in service-industry, he saw an early opportunity in assisting key players in service industry for partnering their hiring processes.

He started as a niche operator by advising selection of high-caliber professionals for few select service industries and now heads a 30 member team at its offices in Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Dubai and Muscat.

From being a niche operator, Virendra and his team now addresses the hiring needs of large

corporate across the industries, functions & levels – both for national & overseas customers

Sandhya RastogiDirector

A science graduate, is a home-maker turned entrepreneur. She started assisting Virendra in his recruitment activity in year 2006 and soon took over the reins of the outsourcing business activity independently.
