ALUMINIUM FRAMED DOORS
Once your aluminium door order is placed into XO Interact, (XO’s on-line ordering system), it
automatically goes into our advanced production system within seconds.
A fully traceable bar code system ensures your job can be tracked easily and efficiently, 24 hours a day via XO Interact, so you can tell
exactly where your job is at any given time.
As soon as each stage is complete in our production your job is scanned, alerting the next
section that it is ready for its next stage.
Each work station has a dedicated computer terminal and production area ensuring
everything is at hand and designed for maximum efficiency and minimum time loss.
XO only use the highest quality fixings, hinges, runners and material. This has many flow on
effects. Production time is decreased,
component faults are drastically reduced, minimal tolerances allow for a more accurate
assembly. This ensures that your doors are right first time, every time.
A high precision mitre saw fitted with specially formulated and sharpened saw blades ensures
a tolerance of less than 0.08mm mitre gap when the doors are assembled.
Every corner is clamped and glued, eliminating the possibility of it coming loose. This allows us
to offer a 10 year warranty on assembly.

After many years of experience as a major supplier of beautifully crafted doors to the kitchen manufacturing industry, we’ve come to appreciate what home owners look for in the design of a new kitchen.
Whilst functionality is of prime concern, the visual and textural appeal becomes the heart and soul of each new kitchen design. It refl ects the personality of the owner around which the builder creates the customer’s dream kitchen.
Every single Nover ThermoFoil door is crafted to perfection, from its highly moisture resistant durable fi breboard core, to its protective exterior thermo formed foil fi nish.
The ultra modern production facilities utilise state-of-the-art manufacturing and fi nishing processes to provide kitchen cupboard doors of unsurpassed quality.
Only the fi nest materials are selected to best ensure that nothing short of a “masterpiece” is created.
And when your kitchen’s installed, rest assured that you’re protected by Nover’s 7 Year Warranty of quality manufacture.
