• And NOW . . . A CHALLENGE!

WHERE does stress originate?

• Internal stressors– Psychological– Physical

• External stressors– Environmental– Other people???• Positive stress vs. negative stress

• EUSTRESS . . . Positive stress (improved performance, rewards, prizes, etc.)

• DISTRESS . . . When positive moves to negative.
