Tips for Skin Cancer Prevention:

Protect skin: Seek shade, cover up

w/clothes and a hat, wear sunglasses and apply

sunscreen Sunscreen: Sun Protection Factor (SPF)

of 15 or higher both UVA and

UVB protection

UV rays, not the temperature, do the damage. Clouds do

not block UV rays. Follow the same protection tips no matter the

weather.
