Terms & Conditions

Price : The price quoted is on the basis of the current raw material input costs of ours, which are

subject to wide fluctuations. Any variation up to 5% will not impact the price. Changes beyond 5%

will warrant corresponding revision in the prices

Duties & Taxes :

Refer quotation for applicable duties and taxes

Octroi / entry tax will be charged on actual

Any other Government duty / tax if levied at the time of supply will be charged at actual

Payment: Ref quotation. Price quoted is based on payments as per delivery and erection

schedule considered in the quotation, meaning there cannot be any delay in our receiving the

payments for the materials produced by us and kept ready as per delivery schedule agreed to. In

case of any deferral in the delivery of the materials requested by the client due to delays in the

client's site readiness, the payment to us will not be delayed and will be made on the due date.

Delayed payments will attract 2% over-due interest per month.

Packing: As per Industry Norms

Terms & Conditions

Transport Insurance : Insurance to be arranged by the client. Any damages to material in

transit to be claimed from insurance.

Installation : Installation charges - Refer quotation. We will depute our personnel for Installation

of the shelves / racks at site. The client will extend support by providing any manual assistance

required at site by our Installation team during installation work.

The client will ensure that there is adequate work space, ventilation, lighting, water and toilet facilities are provided

In case of any delay caused due to site readiness, we will send a debit note for expenses incurred in positioning our

Installation team at the client's site and their idle time there.

Loading specification: The loading specified is uniformly distributed load (UDL). The allowable deflection

is span/200.

Warranty: 12 months for any manufacturing defects.

Force Majeure :In the event of any delay in performance by either the client or DONRACKS for

reasons of any event or circumstances

Jurisdiction: Subject to Chennai jurisdiction
