2. Project proponent shall comply with all the guidelines andnotifications issued by MOEFCC, New Delhi regarding clusterpolicy as part of compliance of orders of Hon'ble NationalGreen Tribunaltime to time.

Our Tukda (Miyani) bauxite Mines (LeaseArea: 5.6656 Hectares) located at Survey No.444. Hence, our unit doesn't falls undercluster policy.

3. lf lease area of project proponent falls in the cluster andtotal borrowed area of the cluster fall under category 81 orA, as per the prevailing guidelines of MoEF&CC, New Delhi, all the concerned procedures shall be followed upaccordingly for compliance of EnvironmentalLaws/Notifications/Rules and under such circumstancesproject proponent shall extend all support including financialcontribution or otherwise also for compliance ofenvironmental Laws / Notifications / Rules such cluster.

Our project is categorized as 'B2' categoryand doesn't falls under cluster policy.

4. lf lease area of applicant falls in the cluster and totalborrowed area of the cluster fall under category BL or A, EIA

study shall be carried out for the said cluster as decided bythe competent authority and EMP for the cluster shall beprepared based on outcome of the EIA study. ln such a case, all the suggestions/ recommendations of EIA/EMp preparedfor the cluster shall be complied within a letter and spirit bythe project proponent(s) including lease holders who havealready been accorded Environmental clearance.

Since the project was categorized as '82', itdoes not need to prepare EIA/EMP report asper Para 7(i) L Stage (1) of EIA Notification,2006.

5. NO mining shall be undertaken outside the area specified in

this Environmenta I Cleara nce.Accepted, We are not carrying any kind ofmining activity outside the lease area.

6. Any change in lease area (lndividual/cluster), survey number, entailing capacity addition with change in miningtechnology, modernization, and scope of working shall againrequire prior Environmental Clearance as per the provisionsof EIA Notification ,2006 as amended time to time.

Accepted.

7. All the conditions mentioned in lease deed documents inaddition to measures suggested in approved mining plan andEnvironment management plan shall be strictly complied.

Accepted.

A.1 WATER :

8. The project proponent shall obtain necessary priorpermission of the competent authorities forwithdrawal of requisite quantity of water (surfacewater and/or ground water) required for theproject.

Water requirement for our project is 2.4 KLD. As perCGWA guidelines the prior permission of thecompetent authorities for withdrawal of requisitequantity of water is required, if water consumptionmore than L00KLD. ln our case water requirement isless than 100KLD. Hence, prior permission of thecompetent authorities not required.

9. Mining operation shall not intersect ground table Ground water level 12 m bgl and working depth is up

10. Garland Drains, setting tank and Catch drains of

appropriate size, gradient, and length shall be

constructed around the excavated mine, mineral

dumps; reject dumps to prevent silt and sediments

flowing into any water bodY.

OB dumps are not available. There is scanty rain

and temporary catch drain will be made with :arresting measures. Rain water channelized into tlmine pit. Pit collected water utilized for plantatior

and agriculture purpose

tL. Domestic wastewater shall be disposed off through

septic tank - soak Pit

Accepted; very small quantity of sewage wastewatergenerated and treated through soak pit/septic tank.

A.2 AIR:12. Effective safeguards, such as regular water

sprinkling shall be out in critical areas prone to air

pollution and having high levels of particulate

matter such as loading and unloading point and all

transfer points.

ln mining area, we are regularly maintaining water

sprinkling system. Regular water sprinkling are being

carried out at dust Prone area.

13. Drills shall either be operated with dust extractors

or equipped with water injection system (wet

drillins) to suppress air borne dust during drilling.

Wet drilling being practised to suppress dustgeneration.

!4. lnternal roads shall be either paved properly orsprinkled with water at regular intervals forcontrolling fugitive emission during vehicular

movement. Trees of native species shall be

developed along both sides of internal road/s in

order to contain dust.

We are regulary and efficiently performing Water

Sprinkling system on the roads as well as forcontrolling fugitive emission during vehicular

movement.

15. Vehicles shall not be overloaded and mineral

transportation shall be done only through covered

trucks so that no spillage of mineral / dust takeplace.

Accepted; All the loaded trucks are being covered

with tarpaulin sheet to prevent dusting.

16. Vehicles used in mining operations shall be

maintained well so as to keep vehicular emissions in

control.

Accepted; proper maintenance as well as preventive

measures whichever is required for vehicles are

taken to reduce vehicular emission.

L7. Fugitive emission in work place ambient air shall be

monitored. The emission shall conform to thestandards prescribed by the concerned authorities.

We are regularly doing air monitoring within mine

working area by approved laboratory and also

Fugitive dust emission concentration maintained and

it is under prescribed norms and limits of Central

Pollution Control Board. Air Monitoring report are

attached as Annexure-!.

18. Ambient air quality shall be monitored at site-and

the nearest human habitation and it shall conform

to the norms prescribed by the MoEF. Govt. of lndia.

Accepted; We are engaged with approved laboratory

for conducting Ambient Air Quality monitoring and

results for the same are within the prescribed limit ofCentral Pollution Control Board. The Ambient Air

Monitoring report are attached as Annexure-|.

A.3 OVER BURDEN / REJECTS / HAZARDqUS WASTE:19. The project proponent shall strive to adopt zero

waste mining concepts by reducing the quantum ofreject through technological innovation or finding

the use of fines through perspective buyers.

Wastes would be backfilled in sequence of mining

activity when the extraction of mineral work reached

upto the ultimate depth or complete mineral have

been exhausted.

20. Top soil from the mining area shall be scrapped,

stacked separately, preserved, and utilized for theplantation work.

Negligible top soil will be generated during themining activity and used.for backfilling for plantation

purpose.

2L. Overburden, waste rock, and non-saleable mineralgenerated during prospecting or mining operations

shall be stored separately in properly formed dumps
