In order to comprehend (understand) what you read, your mind needs to do many things as you read.

One of the things your mind does as you read is find details in sentences. In fact your English exam always has a number of questions that require you to find details. What is a detail? Read on.

A simple sentence in English can be made up of six parts – not words!

A simple sentence can have many words but a maximum of six parts. Each part answers one of these question words.WHO WHAT WHO WHAT WHICH WHICH HOW HOW
