Dog License Application

Dog owners in the City of Winchester must obtain a license for each dog. Annual dog licenses go

on sale April 1 of each year and are due by April 30th

. If the owner fails to acquire an annual dog

license, the Treasurer will notify the animal control officer that the dog is unlicensed. Refer to

City Code Chapter 5 Article II.
