When Door System started back in 1998, our activities focu-sed on hinged and sliding doors for the food industry, where hygiene and insulation are very important parameters. Over the years, we have significantly expanded and developed our product range to match the influx of customers from

different lines of business and different requirements. As a result, our product range currently includes roller doors fire doors as well as steel doors and revolving doors. In addition, we also supply a strong and flexible strip curtain solution.

Our high-speed, low-noise roller doors are specially designed for supermarkets and warehouses, processing rooms and freezer rooms, and are tailor-made to meet the customers’ particular needs and requirements on speed, hygiene, wind stability, cold impact, insulation, etc. The doors come with our unique collision protection which makes it a quick and easy job to get a door back in operation after a collision.

Door System supplies fire doors and emergency exit doors. We keep up to date with all regulations and requirements and often supply solutions which combine fire doors with other types of door – including revolving doors, high-speed doors and cold store and freezer room doors. We can supply our doors complete with fire door closure control system or prepared for integration with a central fire alarm system.

Designed for heavy use and for keeping out uninvited guests. The materials we use are among the strongest in the busi-ness. Up to 2 mm stainless steel frames, door leaves with steel plate thicknesses up to 1.5 mm and sturdy stainless steel hinges allowing the door to open to a full 180 degrees. The doors may be equipped with magnetic switches, electric strikes, peepholes offering a 360-degree view, night locks, emergency exit door fittings and much more.

HEAVY METAL

Sliding doors from Door System literally keep business going in Danish trade and industry. They are the fastest and the most efficient, unobtrusive and reliable units available on the market. The weight distribution is optimised to minimise the wear on wheels and fittings. Door cases and door frames are developed with a 78 degree inclination, and bottom seals and mouldings are installed flush with the door leaf. This ensures optimum hygiene and ease of cleaning.

Strip curtains from Door System offer a simple, cost-effec-tive way to divide rooms. Strip curtains are used to protect against draught, dust, heat, cold and noise, while ensuring unhindered passage. We have developed a unique suspension system in galvanised, or optional stainless steel which makes it easy to install and replace individual strips. Strips are sup-plied as individual components which are easy to handle. We supply our strip curtains made to measure.

At Door System we design hinged doors of many different types. As standard, the frame is made in stainless steel, and we customise the door, frame and counterframe to accura-tely match your requirements. Our hinged door accessories are made from materials of the best quality, whether we are talking about lock boxes, door closers, hinges or internal top and bottom shoot bolts.

Polycarbonate is an extremely lightweight and strong ma-terial suitable for revolving doors in areas with high traffic loads where you wish to efficiently separate two areas with different environmental characteristics, such as cold/heat, dark/light or clean/dirty. We have developed our own unique polycarbonate revolving door with specially designed hinges integrated in the aluminium profile and with a spring built into the rear profile to ensure simplicity of installation. Door leaf in 5 mm transparent polycarbonate offering a full view. Non-pinch rear edge in black rubber to prevent finger trap-ping injuries.

This was how our 100% cleaning-friendly roller doors are able to withstand pressure differences of up to 45 Pa were developed for the pharmaceutical industry. This was how our extremely strong, high security steel doors with a 180-degree peephole were developed for the retail business and this was how our highly insulated, energy-saving doors for the food industry came about.
