ABSTRACT
In this study we’ll embark upon on how we did our marketing strategy for a real company, and
what were the changes made throughout the time given to us,
Our first & second projects were making a logo and business card. The company that allowed us
to be their advertising consultant has already had a logo and label design, and to preserve the
authenticity of the logo company we just enhance it, made it 3D like, and we’ve also enhanced the
business card and added some colors to make it livelier.
The third & forth projects are the label and brochure. We’ve improve the label through adding
the theme color, orange, to add life to its old dull form. We made a brochure, as to what is required for
the subject, and made it simple, making sure that the logo, product and contact details will be mark on
the costumer’s mind.
The fifth and sixth projects are tarpaulin and signage. Because we will be posting the tarpaulin
in a place where people will only take a glimpse on anything that their eye will lie upon on, hence we
have layout it also a simple as possible.
An animated logo and social network was also required in our marketing strategy to boost up its
popularity in the internet society.

Company profile
It went a long way since 1996 with only 2 employees plus Mr. Arthur Urbiztondo as the owner
and accountant. They started small in Mr. Urbiztondo’s house, now after almost 18 years it has its own
factory in Antipolo, run by his two son, Allan P. Urbiztondo and Adrian P. Urbiztondo, and still growing.
The company manufactures adhesives for multi crafts, paper to paper, wood to wood, and wood
to plastic. It also produces printing inks that are water based paint and are mostly for publishing
companies.

SUMMARY
This project tends to uplift the company’s selling rate, we’ve set or plan and it includes having a
signage in front of the factory, and to have a tarpaulin displayed in an area where it can be surely notice
like in national highways and/or in an area we’re people pass by.

CONCLUSION
This company lacks in advertising their product through new and modern ways, that why want
them to uncover the power of advertising from tarpaulin to internet.
We have to enhance the old design to a much brighter and bolder one, to attract more buyers and
potential clients, while maintaining its authenticity.
We want to make WILHOLD TRADING PHILS. To be more expose, not just in other business, but
also in public’s eyes.

RECOMMENDATION
As to what we’ve plan, I and my group have decided to make a brochure, tarpaulin, signage and
a fan page, plus to enhance the logo, business card, and label. We believe that in this way we can
increase the selling profit and the popularity of the company.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
All business faces the most basic problem and its making their product/ service known to public,
thus WILHOLD TRADING PHILS. Faces now.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
This project can be the first stepping stone for a brighter future for our client company through
the advertising industry. This could mean everything not just for them but also for us artist, this could
prove that we really have the skill that can compete to the real world.

SCOPE & LIMITATION
We can only deal with advertising paraphernalia such as the business card, brochure, tarpaulin,
signage, and label; we are also allowed to make the fan page for the company. But we can’t propose to
renovate or suggest to provide a smaller container for the product to be retail to the market to be
accessible to the public needs.

As to what you can see in project 1 we made the logo a more 3D like. We’ve enhance its color
and added some light an shadow effects to help it to look more 3D, and all this was done in illustrator.
We’ve also added the phrase ‘Adhesives & Printing inks’ to define what is being represented by the
word Wilhold.
In project 2 we’ve total renew the business card in to its max, we’ve chance everything from the
layout to what is written into it. The front side represents the printing inks because of the ink shattered
through it; we’ve use the color golden orange because it’s close to our theme color. While in the back
side we’ve put the logo and, we made it simple as having a white color for its background to signify the
adhesive product.
Project 3 is the labels. We’ve use curved line to make it bright and livelier to look at; we’ve still
use the old layout thou. In the adhesive label we’ve added to curvy triangles in both opposite side to
show the meaning of ‘the better hold’.
Project 4 is the brochure we made it simple and clear making sure that the logo, product and
contact details will be mark on the costumer’s mind, in hand. We’ve use a lot of different fonts and color
to differentiate the product names to give emphasis to each product.
Tarpaulin is our 5th project we’ve use ‘A’ and ‘I’ to signify the word adhesive and ink, we’ve also
place two question regarding adhesive and ink that would make the person, who’ll see it, think twice
about saving the company’s contact information
Our last visual project is the signage it only contains the logo and contact information for the
reason that it will be place outside of the company building.

Description
As one of the Graphic Artist in this task she enjoy using Photoshop as her medium in creating the design in this project also they’ve use illustrator in making some of the draft.
