LOUIS THEROUX British documentary filmmaker and

broadcaster. Most famous for the documentaries ‘Louis

Theroux’s weird weekends’ (1998-2000) and ‘When Louis met…’(2000-2002).

His career began with journalism and writing, which is what his brother and father are famous for.

He is currently working with BBC to produce his series and documentaries.

He mostly makes documentaries about controversial issues and people.

His main trade mark is always wearing spectacles!

He has a brother called Marcel Theroux who is a writer and journalist.

MICHAEL MOORE Michael Moore is an American documentary

filmmaker, producer, writer, author, journalist and actor.

He is most famous for his documentaries ‘Bowling for Columbine’ (2002) ‘Fahrenheit’ (2004) and ‘Sicko’ (2007).

‘Fahrenheit’ is the highest-grossing documentary all time and is extremely popular.

He was arrested during the filming of “Sleep now in the fire” for protesting Wall Street and the investment of American money overseas.

He previously briefly served as both editor and columnist for Mother Jones magazine.

He attended the university of Michigan-Flint in the 1970’s.

NICK BROOMFIELD

Nick Broomfield is a British filmmaker, who attended Cardiff university and the University of Essex.

He is also known for being a director and producer.

He was the last person to ever interview Aileen Wuornos before she was executed.

Broomfield is mostly known ‘Kurt and Courtney’ (1998),’Aileen: Life and death of a serial killer’ (2003) and ‘Battle for Haditha’ (2007).
