15-d primary end-point
The primary endpoint is the subject clinical status on a 7-point ordinal scale.
Each day, the worse score for the previous day will be recorded. i.e. on day 3, day 2 score isobtained and recorded as day 2.
The scale is as follows:
1. Not hospitalized, no limitations on activities; 2. Not hospitalized, limitation on activities;3. Hospitalized, not requiring supplemental oxygen;4. Hospitalized, requiring supplemental oxygen;5. Hospitalized, on non-invasive ventilation or high flow oxygen devices;6. Hospitalized, on invasive mechanical ventilation or ECMO;7. Death.

15-d primary end-point: specification 1 and 2
Participants who answer YES to the question "are you able to carry out all theactivities, including physicial activities, that you carried out before the firstsymptoms of COVID-19?” will have a score of 1 (not hospitalized, no limitationson activities).
Participants who answer NO to the question "are you able to carry out all theactivities, including physical activities, that you carried out before the firstsymptoms of COVID-19?” will have a score of 2 (not hospitalized, limitations onactivities).
