2. If Sanctioned load of consumer is Greater than equal to 25 kW Then ZDIN: Device Installation Order and ZDRP: Device Replacement Order will be assigned to ME LAB user.
ME LAB User have to assign component against order through IW32 and Good Issue through MIGO
And change order status to MEAP (Melab Approved ) and enter User responsible RA for reviewing the order.
Please find below process step by step
ZDRP:
Enter T-code IW32 to change order
Fill Order Number and Press Enter
Helighted fields are ME Lab user ID and meter to be replaced (get material number by double clicking on equipment number)
Copy Heilighted device category is material number and go back
Click on component tab
Enter new material number for new meter to be installed in componant tab and press enter.
Enter Enter 1 in Reqmt Qty and storage location
Enter Meterial number of meter to be replaced in component column and press enter
Enter -1 in Reqmt Qty and storage location (Important step)
Change Planner Grp to RAC User responsible : RAC user ID And change order user status to MEAP (ME lab approved)
Copy Order number
GO to T-code MIGO select Good Issue Order and enter Order number and press enter.
Click on serial number
Tick Item OK Check Document and Posting Date Click on Check Click on Post
Kindly follow same process for ZDIN order except only one component to be selected against order (which is to be installed).
3. Reports: ZDM_MTR_RMD_MELABSelection Screen
MELAB Code: T101 (This is TNP storage location for M101)
Output screen:
Test Meter and Select check box and select respective button on top.
