Batman’s Hill Map Ref L9Batman’s Hill is one of the main gateways connecting Melbourne central city with Docklands and is home to business and commercial spaces.

Stadium Precinct Map Ref K5Etihad StadiumOne of Melbourne’s premier sports and entertainment venues, Etihad Stadium seats 50,000 people and o� ers dining and bar facilities.

How to get there•Pedestrians can access Southern Cross
station using dedicated road crossing pointsfrom Collins and Spencer streets.
•The Bourke Street Walkway is also availablefor those coming directly from Docklands.
•Vehicle access is available at the back of thestation from Wurrundjeri Way.

The DockSituated on the waterfront of Victoria Harbour, The Dock is one of Melbourne’s cultural community precincts.
Encompassing both indoor facilities and outdoor spaces, The Dock features a state-of-the-art library and community centre (Library at the Dock – see map ref F9).
Right next door there is a family services centre, a boating hub (home to Docklands Yacht Club, Victorian Dragon Boat Association and Melbourne Outrigger Canoe Club) and multi-purpose community space (Community Hub at the Dock – map ref E9). Outside, Buluk Park and playground fronts one side while water views extend out to the other.

Getting to DocklandsBy tram – Catch the Yarra River Shuttle Service to Docklands or take one of the city’s trams: City Circle (free tourist tram); No. 30 via Latrobe Street; No. 31 via Collins Street; No. 48 and No. 70 via Flinders Street; and No. 86 via Bourke Street.
Free Tram Zone – The Free Tram Zone includes Docklands and Melbourne’s central city.
If your tram travel starts and fi nishes within the Free Tram Zone, your journey will be free and you won’t need to use a myki card.
If your tram travel starts or fi nishes outside of the Free Tram Zone, you will need to touch on and o� with a valid myki card.
Low fl oor trams – To check the availability of low level tams on tram routes, contact Yarra Trams on 1800 800 007 or visit yarratrams.com.au

By train – Take the train to Southern Cross Station, exit at the northern end to walk over the Bourke Street Pedestrian Bridge to Harbour Esplanade. You can also exit the station on the corner of Spencer and Collins streets and walk over the Collins Street Bridge to Docklands Park.

Travellers Aid Australia Travellers Aid o� ers assistance to older people, people with disabilities, limited vision and mobility to help them move around safely and access essential services. Travellers Aid provides fully accessible toilets at both Southern Cross and Flinders Street stations during normal operating hours. Personal Care assistance is available at:

Public telephonesTelstra’s Teletypewriter (TTY) payphones enable people who are deaf or have a communication impairment to stay in touch when out and about.
Around 170 Telstra payphones have been modifi ed to include a teletypewriter facility. To fi nd the addresses of TTY and regular payphones simply visit Telstra’s payphone locator and search for “payphones with teletypewriter (TTY)” under phone type.
