ERP SAP system is present by one or more of its modules in 

a  lot  of  companies  to  support  the  analytic  dimension  of

documental dimension which,  if not sufficiently supported

dimension of the same managing processes.

Solution architecture  DOCFLOW  SYNERGY  FOR  SAP  by  SharePoint  uses Microsoft  platform  as  documental management  system  and  an interfacing connector with SAP “SharePoint Connector  for SAP Business Applications” developed by using  the “SAP ArchiveLink” module to interface with each Business Application.  This makes possible to each SAP user to gain access to the documents in the documental directly from SAP‐GUI and to involve in business processes, for instance of verifying and approval, no SAP users through the realization of working flow directly from office applications or from SharePoint Portal.
