KTP is the UK’s largest graduate development programme with around 1,000 KTP Associates in place at any time.  With KTP you take ownership of a project that is core to the development of an organisation’s strategy; you can apply the knowledge gained during your degree as well as develop your own skill base with continued support from both the organisation and the academic supervisor. You will also enable knowledge transfer between the organisation and the academic institution.

KTP works across a wide range of academic disciplines and industry sectors, and any degree subject is considered. Studentships for full-time study are available for eligible applicants on a competitive basis.  These are generally advertised during the period January to April in any given year, although some funded places might be available at other times.  Studentships may be available at any campus of the University.  Lists of projects are published annually on the university’s web pages at www.ulster.ac.uk/researchstudy
