Schedule teleconference call for Feb 7, 2000 to informally discuss, the changes to the draft, and report a revised version of the draft by Feb 8, 2000.c. Schedule an approval teleconference meeting on Feb 15, 2000.d. Start re-circulation on Feb 16, 2000 and close on March 2, 2000.e. Results available on March 6, 2000.
