Arkessa’s M2M connectivity management platform supports any type of wireless device that creates a data feed, whether the data feed is very low or infrequent, or continual. Every device on Arkessa’s network is given a fixed IP address, enabling individual remote device management.
The Connectivity Management Platform has four key functions:

Dual interconnects between Arkessa’s M2M platform and the mobile networks ensures that if an interconnect fails, automatic failover maintains data flow via the alternative route. Arkessa’splatform is itself hosted in multiple data centres, providing complete resilience even in the event of data centre outage.
All mobile networks connect with our M2M platform via private APNs, meaning that at no point is the data transferred across the Internet. IPsec and SSL VPNs are available to secure interconnections between Arkessa’s platform and the customer Enterprise network.
