In the test mode : MU should flag the data as Test with a bit in quality bit
MU should be synchronized with external 1 PPS signal with an accuracy of 1 microsecond to the absolute time
Process Bus : 9-2 LE Requirements
If the synchronization signal is lost SmpSynch in the SV packet should be set to false
If Neutral current or voltage is not measured, MU should calculate and flag the value as calculated in quality field.
Up to 8 ASDUs can be transmitted in one PDU packet
No SV messages are sent until Merging Unit is fully operational.
