Basic employment requirements of Direct Support Professional position:

Minimum of high school diploma or GED

Valid driver license

Good driving record - 4pts or less

Minimum 19 years of age & have 3yrs driving

exp per OVRS business insurance & job duties

Pass job duty fitness exam with 50lb lift test and drug testing

Compensation: q $10.40/hr* starting rate for Direct Support Professional position q $.25/hr increase after annual evaluation & satisfactory performance q $8.30/hr if working night shift scheduled for SLEEP
