Fill it in. - - You will then get an immediate email confirmation from INOVEM Consult. Click on “Activate your account” and then under “My consultations”, click on “current." Step 2 To comment - Click on “Draft Horsham District Local Plan 2019-2036." Scroll down to “Documents." - Click again on “Draft Horsham District Local Plan 2019-2036”. Scroll down the left hand side and click on Chapter 6 Housing (Key questions). - Scroll down to Paragraph 6.23 for the colour key to indicate HDC’s assessment of the site. Note the influence of the developer’s promises on this. - Continue scrolling down to 4 th site “Land at Buck Barn."
