Yes, of course! Both the EasyPulse POC-3 and EasyPulse POC-5 are FAA approved for in-flight use and will fit under your seat.

How many pulse settings does it have?

EasyPulse POC-3 has 3 pulse settings to provide you the prescribed amount of therapeutic oxygen concentration regardless of breath rate. EasyPulse POC-5 has 5 pulse settings giving you the highest level of independent and portability so you can live actively.
