Our ColorSeal process will keep your grout looking like new

for years to come.Our process first deep cleans your tile and grout, extracting the dirt from deep within the pores of the tile and grout, then, once thoroughly cleaned we apply the ColorSeal, matching your grout color or changing it to a new color all together.

More than just a sealer...Our ColorSeal treatment is much more than just a ‘pretty cover-up.’ It contains a constant acting mildicide – an antimicrobial agent that will help eliminate the growth of mold, mildew and fungus.

After CareAfter the ColorSeal is completed you can walk on your floors and use them as normal.

Over the next 4-6 hours, spills need to be cleaned up as soon as possible. After the 4-6 hour curing time use normal cleaning practices. Once your grout has been ColorSealed it will not stain and will remain clean with a normal cleaning regimen.
