Growth in consumption = growth in the emissions
He is optimistic, since we will have a lot of money when the climate changes.
But can money make up for irreversible climate change?
Lord Nicholas Stern (author of report from 2006) says no, solving the problems rather than repair them will be a lot cheaper.
