New Scantron

This June we are using a New Scantron (See Sample)1. The answer sheets are “pre-slugged” and you MUST not use the paper of another student because the grade will be entered by the computer for the name printed on the answer sheet. It can not be crossed out or changed in any way.

New Scantron (Con’t)
