Our MethodologyEnsuring a lasting learning experience!

Our methodology comprises of experiential learning. Activities are the heart of our

process. One learns as a result of direct, hands-on experience through “guided

exploration” and problem solving. We use internationally proven training systems

and procedures to enhance communication skills, improve motivation levels, better

project management skills, increase productivity, enhance teamwork and team

building skills, build team trust, manage conflict, create leadership qualities and

reduce workplace stress.

Clear objectives, skilled facilitation, a plan to transfer the knowledge gained back to

the job, credible evaluation and follow-up are the basis for program design.

Our Process

• The methodology is based on individual and group working.

• Included in these are simulations, exercises, group interactive sessions like team brainstorms.

• The participants are guided to go into their past working experience which makes the workshop

highly interactive, interesting and encourages participants to learn from each other.

• Continuous scope to practice, learn, correlate and apply skills sets realised to the workplace.

Debriefing: Each activity is followed by intensive debriefs and process work to precipitate

learnings.

Interventions are based on practical, logical, personal and work place related problems

and situations!

Do You Ask Yourself These Questions?

• How can we ensure a holistic approach to the overall personality development of students?• How can we offer a course where students learn about life’s important skills like communication, leadership,

self regard, teamwork…..?• How can we guide students to put their best foot forward in making right career choices?

Do you hear your students asking you…..?

• How do I learn to use my skills to move from ordinary to extra-ordinary?• How do I get to know that there is more in me than I already know?• The theoretical part of the course is fantastic. How can I be sure that I will be able to apply it in the real

world? Destinations Outdoors brings to you

Our facilitators : Bring to you over 20 years experience across industries – and hence their ability to relate to your work processes and market scenario

Our process - Experience -> Review -> Learn/Unlearn -> Apply/ Plan

We follow a process for every training program. It includes “clear objectives, skilled facilitation, a plan to transfer the knowledge gained back to the job, and credible evaluation and follow-up”.

Our experiential learning programs : Participants are engaged & invest themselves in the simulation outcomes “mentally, physically and emotionally” and the feedback is “immediate, concrete and visible to all” – this accelerates the learning process!!

Our locations : We can offer you locations in the hills, river rafting sites , jungles, beaches & deserts - far from the crowds, considering the program & simulation design. “Working in a parallel world, away from our workplace enables a birds eye view of our real world objectively”

Outdoor team and safety process : Certified, dedicated & in house outdoor team, highly trained professionals, audited equipment and 3-line safety process

Post workshop assistance : Not a flash in the pan! No program would be complete if the intervention does not measure an outcome and this stage is a very integral part of our process. Institutionalizing learning – post workshop refresher.
