Message from our Chairman DNP Corp would like to send the respectful greet-ing to all esteemed customers and partners.

Over forty years of establishment and development, DNP Corp has affirmed our market-leading position in Vietnam in four key business areas: plastic pipes for construction, plastic bags, industrial plastic products and clean water. We are highly recognized by domestic and foreign customers/partners for our capability, product quality and customer care. In 2016, DNP Corp achieved breakthrough results with VND 2,500 billion in assets, and VND 1,500 billion in revenue, maintaining an annual growth rate of over 30%, creating more than 1,200 jobs.

Currently, DNP Corp is organized as an investment holding company, holding five plastic factories with a total capacity of 6,800 tons per month and two water plants with a total capacity of 140,000 m3 per day. We are also implementing other water plant projects in Bac Giang, Long An and Tien Giang. The members of DNP Corp specialize in each core sector: Dong Nai Plastic JSC manufacturing plastic pipes and plastic bags, Tan Phu Plastic JSC producing industrial plastic products and Dong Tam and Binh Hiep water plants producing and supplying clean water for Binh Thuan and Tien Giang Provinces. DNP Corp invests in advanced manufacturing technologies with major machines and equipment imported from the G7 (Germany, Italy and Japan…), qualified quality management systems ISO9001-2015 and modern laboratories qualified ISO-IEC 17025: 2005.

Mr. NGO DUC VUCEO/BOD member/Chaiman of Tan Phu Plastic JSC

He holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Management of ESCPEAP European School of Management (France), a Master’s Degree in Business Administration of the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand.He used to serve as an Investment Director in Securities Investment Fund Manage-ment Joint Stock Company; General Director of Sao Viet Securities JSC; Chairman of Dong Nai Plastic JSC in Central Vietnam; Standing Deputy General Director of Dong Nai Plastic JSC.Currently he is General Director of Dong Nai Plastic JSC, Chairman of Tan Phu Plastic JSC – a member company of DNP Corp.

Mr. VU DINH DOChairman

He has extensive knowledge and experience in the area of corporate finance, account-ing-auditing, corporate management and investment management. Before joining DNP, he had worked as an auditor at KPMG Vietnam for nearly 3 years and at KPMG Singapore for one year. From 2007 to 2011, he held various senior positions in charge of investment analysis, investment, capital market, M&A and derivatives at SaiGon Se-curities Inc., VNDirect Securities Corporation and Maritime Bank Securities Corpora-tion.

Besides his main tasks in DNP, he takes additional charge as Chairman of Nam La Hydropower Joint Stock Company, Chairman of Dong Nai Plastic JSC in Quang Nam, Chairman of Dongtam Water Plant JSC and a member of the BOD of Binh Hiep JSC.

Mr. Tran Huu ChuyenDeputy General Director

He ever served as Deputy Director, General Director of DNP. Being a plastic chemical engineer and working for DNP for more than 30 years, he has extensive experience in the plas-tic industry.

Currently he is Vice Chairman cum Deputy General Director in charge of plastic pipe production.

Ms. PHAN THI THU THAODNP Corp. Investment Director/BOD member

With over 12 years of experience working at investment and audit positions at Vi-etfund Management Company and KPMG Vietnam, she has deep knowledge in the fields of building investment strategy, managing investments, market analysis and financial forecast for core industries of Vietnam’s economy to make plan and deploy investment effectively. Currently, she holds the position of DNP Corp. Investment Director, in charge of managing investment and monitoring overall effectiveness of DNP Corp. and its members, set up and organize BOD’s office in process of restruc-turing DNP Corp. into an investment holding model, managing capital of member companies.

Mr. MAI THE KHOIBOD member

Mr. khoi has a master degree in Financial investment management from Cass Business School, London, U.K. He has deep knowledge and many years of experience working in the investment field. Mr. Khoi was a financial analyst at Clifton Asset Management ltd (UK). After that, he spent two years at National Securities jsc, where his highest position was Deputy Ceo in charge of investment advisory.

Currently, in addition to serving as a Board director at Dong Nai plastics jsc (starting April 2017), he is also a Board director cum deputy ceo of Hung Vuong Insurance jsc

Mr. TANAKADeputy Managing Director of DNP water

He has 40 years of experience in management in major Japanese conglomerates (Kobe, Kobelco), including CEO of corporate affiliates in the United States, Vietnam, Japan, Nigeria, Bangladesh.

Currently, after his retirement from Kobelco Japan, he joined DNP-Water as the Deputy Managing Di-rector of DNP-water in charge of transferring the management/technology experience of Japan into the water plants of DNP-Water. DNP-water, as well as setup Japanese team expert in water treatment technology inside DNP Corp.

Mr. NGUYEN VAN HIEUDeputy General Director/BOD member

He graduated from University of National Economics Hanoi in 2004. He had 03 years working as auditor at International auditing company and 5 years as CFO at T&C Holding (revenue size of VND2.500 billion, chartered capital of VND500 billion, one of the founders of Vietjetair, working in finance management at Komasu Viet-nam Machinery Equipment company, Honda Moto Cong Hoa and member units. He joined DNP Corp. in 2012, held important positions in process of restructur-ing DNP Corp such as sales & marketing director (2013), Deputy General Director (2015) in charge of sales and marketing, Executive general director (10/2015). He made many specific contribution to the growth of the overall Company in the past 5 years since he has developed and positioned the Company’s infrastructure plastic pipe business as Vietnam’s No. 1 player in its sector. Mr Hieu also restructured a stable financial resource for the Company to support a 50% per annum growth in sales for 5 consecutive years. He secured the funding for M&A activities of DNP corp. He has qualifications, experience and deep knowledge in finance as well as proven capability to build business and expand market share.

Mr. LY XUAN HUNGDirector of Binh Hiep JSC

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer-ing, Ho Chi Minh University of Technology in 1990. He joined the Water Supply & Sewerage Construc-tion and Investment No. 2 (Waseco now) in 1991. He used to hold various positions such as Chief of construction group from 1992; Deputy Director in charge of construction and installation since 2000 and Director of Binh Hiep JSC from 2004 to now. He has 14 years of experience in the field of con-struction of water supply and sewerage works and 12 years in the field of investment management and operation of water supply and sewerage works with a capacity of up to 30,000 m3/day.

Mr. HUYNH CONG DANHDeputy General Manager

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HCMC University of Finance and Accounting in 1983. He was assigned to the position of Deputy Head of Depart-ment for Accounting, the School of Economics in Tien Giang Province. In 1995, he was assigned to Department of Public Asset Management, Finance and Price Department of Tien Giang province. In 2001, he held the position of Deputy Director of Credit Appraisal Department of Investment and Development Fund. In 2008, he served as Chief Accountant at Dong Tam Water B.O.O Corporation. In 2016, he was appointed as Deputy General Director of Dong Tam Water Cor-poration. He has over 30 years’ experience in the field of Finance, Accounting and Taxation.

Mr. LE VIET HUNGGeneral Director, BOD member of Tan Phu Plastic JSC

He graduated from the Academy of Finance in Hanoi in 1994 and holds a Mas-ter in Finance and Banking. Mr. Hung joined Tan Phu Plastic JSC in 2013 and served as Chief Accountant until 2015. Currently, he holds the position of Gen-eral Director of Tan Phu Plastic JSC. Previously, he ever held the position of Chief Accountant at Ha Tien Cement JSC No. 2, Assistant to General Director of Vicem Hai Phong Cement JSC, branch head of PV2 Investment JSC in HCMC.
