DND Call Flow

DND Call flow 1. In case of Do not disturb functionality each Tele- caller subscriber will be provisioned with number series belonging to a specific number series e.g. 70XXXXXXXX (10-digit) series or the OBD (Out Bound Dialed) Number or Short code. 2. Calls from such subscriber will originate from PRI- Box / any BOX used for Telemarketing /OBD on PRI or E1 3. MSS /GCS will receive such calls on dedicated CGR’s (Trunk Group). 4. MSS will segregate these incoming calls from rest of the traffic by the usage of the A-Party CLI check & the IGOR parameter in CGR’s for all those calls which are originated from these dedicated CGR’s. 5. After segregation the same will be treated in a different B no. table where in MSS will do CAPV2 IDP trigger towards DND-SCP. 6. If SCP finds that B-No has subscribed to DND service (i.e., don’t want call from such A-No’s), then SCP will send "Disconnect" to SSF(MSS/GCS) to release the call. 7. If SCP finds that B-No has not subscribed to DND service (i.e., wants call from such A-No’s), then SCP will send "Continue & End" to SSF(MSS/GCS). 8. If SSF(MSS/GCS) receives "Disconnect", then it has to release the call.

DND Call flow

1. In case of Do not disturb functionality each Tele-caller subscriber will be provisioned with number series belonging to a specific number series e.g. 70XXXXXXXX (10-digit) series or the OBD (Out Bound Dialed) Number or Short code.

2. Calls from such subscriber will originate from PRI-Box / any BOX used for Telemarketing /OBD on PRI or E1

9. If SSF(MSS/GCS) receives "Continue & End", then it has to proceed with the normal call flow (MNP, SRI, etc).

10.B-No can be any number(Aircel or non Aircel) in this call flow.

The DND call flow can be more clearly understood with the help below mentioned flow chart .
