1.1. CET is the entrance examination for admission to the 3 years postgraduate DNB programme. The examinations are held as pe r the schedule of examinations prescribed by the NBE from time to time. 1.2. Online Applications for admission to the examination should be completed by the prescribed cutoff date. You will be able to print the acknowledgment of submission of online application on successful completion of online application. All fields marked * are mandatory. 1.3. Documents uploaded by the candidate while submitting online application shall be scanned copies of original documents only. Scanned copies of photocopies of documents will not be accepted. 1.4. Applications of candidates producing false or fabricated information will not be considered and candidates may be further debarred from appearing in any future examinations. 1.5. Information bulletin for CET examination can be d ownloaded from NBE website www.natboard.edu.in, a copy of which will also be sent to the candidate on receipt of online application. Candidates should go through the bulletin carefully for eligibility criteria before contacting the Board's Office. Queries pertaining to eligibility and other issues will onl y be entertained if the information requested is not given in bulletin or on website www.natboard.edu.in 1.6. Incomplete applications or applications not in accordance with instructions will not be considered. The examination fee will not be refunded. 1.7. Fee will neither be carried forward to a future date nor refunded under an y circumstances. Online applications and/or their acknowledgment of submission received after the due date will not be entertained and exam fee will not be returned in such cases. 1.8. Candidates found to be ineligible at an y stage of CET examination will not be permitted to appear in the examination. In an unlikely event of any ineligible candidate appearing and/or  being successful in the CET examination, the results/candidature of such candidate shall be cancelled and/or are deemed to be cancelled. 1.9. Instructions in the information-bulletin are liable to changes based on decisions taken by the Board from time to time. 1.10.  NBE reserves the right to withdraw permis sion, if any, granted inadvertently to any candidate who is not eligible to appear in the CET Examinations even thou gh the admit card/roll number has been issued or name/roll number is d isplayed on the website of the Board. 1.11. Candidates' eligibility is purely provisional & is subjected to the fulfillment of meeting eligibility criteria as prescribed by the Board. 1.12.

 NBE reserves its absolute rights to alter the examination schedule, pattern policy and guidelines

at any time during the continuation or after the completion of DNB training (2 or 3 years as the

case may be.) The candidate shall have no right whatsoever for claiming/deriving any right from past or present schedule, policy and guidelines of NBE.

1.13.

The existing schedule, pattern, policy and guidelines are for ready reference only but in no waythey are or are ought to be treated as representative or acknowledgment of fact that NBE is bound to follow the same in future.

1.14.

In case of any ambiguity in interpretation of any of the instructions/ terms/rules/criteria regardingthe determination of eligibility/conduct of examinations/registration of candidates/information

contained herein, the interpretation of the National Board of Examinations will be final and

 binding.

1.15.Request will not be entertained for change in date/center of examination under any

circumstances.

1.16.Absentees from the examination will forfeit their examination fee.

1.17.

Certified copies of following documents are to be submitted along with NBE copy of Online

application acknowledgment. 1) MBBS Degree/Provisional Pass Certificate*

* Provisional certificate of MBBS Degree is permissible only for those candidates who had

 passed in the MBBS course in the year 2011.If passed MBBS before 2011 and the MBBS degree certificate has not been issued so far by the

concerned university, documentary evidence of this in form of a letter from competent authority

of respectifve university to be furnished at the time of counseling.

2 ) Permanent/Provisional Registration certificate* issued by MCI/State Medical Council for

registration of MBBS qualification.

* Permanent Registration certificate issued by MCI/State Medical Council for registration ofMBBS qualification is required to be produced by all candidates appearing in the counselling.

3) Original challan duly stamped by Bank as Receipt of Payment. 

1.18.

Result and Roll number for CET Examinations may also be seen on the websitewww.natboard.edu.in

1.19.

Candidates are advised to carry a Photo Identity issued by any Government Agency like PANCard or Driving License or Voters' ID card etc., the staff/ officers on exam duty at examinationcenters are authorized to verify the identity of candidates.

1.20.

All Payments are to be made by cash through Bank Challan in favour of National Board ofExaminations payable at New Delhi.

Candidates should ensure before applying for the registration that MBBS degree is recognized. If

it is found at any time that MBBS degree is not recognized, his candidature/result shall be

cancelled/deemed to be cancelled.1.22.

All the correspondence should be addressed to the Executive Director, National Board of

Examinations, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi-110029. Candidates arerequested to kindly super scribe the envelope with Subject matter of the correspondence forexpeditious processing.

1.23.

Terms & Conditions of the CET as mentioned in the English version of information bulletin shallapply.

1.24.

 NBE reserves its absolute rights to conduct the DNB CET 2012 in a Computer Based Test

format and the test shall be conducted on Computers connected through network.

1.25The CET shall be conducted by NBE at exam centres enged for the purpose, keeping in view

the constraints of capacity of the centre shall be allocated appropriately.1.26The jurisdiction for

court cases/disputes shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Delhi/NewDelhi.
