for the field reps, DNA Back office for the sales &

marketing management teams, stockiests & distributors

and DNA Admin for the system administrators. DNA is

available in two variants - an on-premise license based

implementation or Cloud enabled SAAS (software as a

service) model in a pay-per-use mode.

DNA Back Office application ensures that sales

managers are in complete control of the field operations.

It lets them plan, monitor the execution and then take

appropriate decisions in real time. DNA Back office offers

multiple dashboards to sales managers for them to get

360 degrees analytical information about sales, customers

and field operations.

DNA Back Office also has an integrated scheme

designer module which lets managers and top

management create complex sales promotion schemes

and also measure the impact of the same.

DNA Back Office has dynamic reporting engine which

lets managers generate reports on sales, customers,

schemes, market coverage and merchandising status. An

integrated sales target module is a top-down target

monitoring engine, fully connected at each level in the

company. It proactively monitors each of the levels in the

heirarchy in terms of target achievement and offers a

cockpit view to the senior management.

DNA Also has an integrated Admin Interface which

lets administrators do all the data, user management

etc. It enables administrators to create user logins,

allocate devices to them. So that users can

remotely install the applications on their

device. DNA Admin App also lets

administrators manage the devices remotely

to ensure uninterrupted operations in the

field. Device Health console lets them manage

and monitor all the hardware and software

assets on their devices.
