Before You Start•Disconnectnegativebatteryterminal.Consultaqualifiedtechnicianforinstructions.•Useextremecautionwhendrillingholestoavoiddamagingfuellines,hydrauliclinesorexistingwiring.•Ifadditionalwiringisrequired,werecommendthatyourunallwirespriortomountingyourspeakerinplace.•Usethehighestqualityconnectorsforareliableinstallationandtominimizesignalandpowerloss.•Usecautionbeforeyoudrillorcut!Becarefulnottocutordrillintogastanks,fuellines,hydrauliclines,vacuumlinesorelectricalwiring.

•Avoidrunningwiresover,near,orthroughsharpedgedsurfaces.Wesuggestyoualsouserubbergrommetstoprotectanywiresroutedthroughmetal.

Mounting and Installation•Determinewherethespeakerswillbemounted.Ensureanarealargeenoughforthespeakertomountevenly.Besurethemountinglocationisdeepenoughforthespeakertofit.•Usinganappropriatetool,cuttheappropriatesizemountinghole(seespecifications).•Removegrillefromspeakerbyinsertingthereleasekeyintothelockingtabslotslocatedaroundtheoutsideofthegrille.Gentlyapplypressuretowardsthecenterofthegrilletoreleasethelockingtabs.

•Usethespeakerasatemplatetomarkthelocationsforthemountingscrews.Drillthemountingscrewholeswitha1/8"pilotbit.Routespeakerwiresandconnecttospeakers,observingspeakerpolarity.•Installspeakerintoopeningusingsuppliedhardwareandtestforcorrectoperation.•Alignthespeakergrillelockingtabsandsnapgrilleintoplace.
