Post-Residential Action Plan (P-RAP)

•P-RAP is a requirement for graduation.

•Dynamic (ever changing) process for cadets to learn and practice effective goal-setting throughout the Residential and Post-Residential Phases.

•Provide learning opportunities to assist cadets in their achievement of long-term success.

Post-Residential Action Plan (P-RAP)

•No later than the end of Week 3, each cadet will begin the experiential process of developing and achieving realistic short-term goals during the Residential Phase.

•Cadets will identify methods, obstacles, strategies to overcome obstacles, and the resources required to achieve these goals.

Post-Residential Action Plan (P-RAP)

•The automated P-RAP is located at https://achievement.ngcp.org.

•At HYCA, cadets are to enter goals for all core components in the automated P-RAP no later than week 13.

•Prior to week 13, goals for all core components are to be entered in the P-RAP workbook (paper manual).
