PRODUCT:- ISO AMBRETTOLIDE

AMBRETTOLIDE is a natural musk compound, used by the fragrance & flavor manufacturing industries. The future of this chemical could very well be ascertained as the use of all other nitro based synthetic musk which is totally banned in most of European countries. This compound has been the only natural musk which has the bright future in terms of demand in all over the world.

At DM AROMATICS, we adopted the world class technology equipped with best manufacturing facility at SAKTI, CHHATTISGARH, INDIA. Our dedicated assets are striving to merge the best of best product through the inline quality testing by abiding the quality management service at & every prudent time.

The management body is always strict to achieve the brand in quality and commitment.

More than half a century back M/s. D.Manoharlal (Shellac) Pvt. Ltd. Established their shellac manufacturing unit in the most prominent belt of lac producing in India i.e. Chhattisgarh & set up his office in one & only trade zone of shellac in India i.e. Kolkata.

Initially the company used to produce seedlac , button lac, heat processed machine made shellac. Thereafter the company started manufacturing dewaxed & decolourised shellac grades and manufacturing one of the best grade of dewaxed shellac forcing Indian exporters & foreign consumers to depend on the firm for dewaxed grades. Now the company is manufacturing Ambrettolide for Export under the banner of DM Aromatics. Ambrettolide is elegant and tingling top note musk , harmonizes well with floral heart notes and reflects aspects of ambrette seed oil.

A fully fledged modern testing laboratory has been set up in the factory for quality control at every stage of manufacture.Doing Lac Products Business Since Third Generation .

-: JOURNEY TO FIXATION PROPERTY OF AMBRETTOLIDE IN PERFUME:-

The Fixative , Should Be A Material With A Low Vapor Pressure And A Low Molecular Weight , Two Properties Not Often To Be Found In One Chemical Substance , Especially When Oil Soluble. A Compromise Is Often Necessary, In Which Substance Of Relatively Low Volatility And Comparatively Higher Molecular Weights Are Chosen. Furthermore A Fixative Should Be Selected That Is Physically Attractive For The Molecules Of The More Volatile Substance In Perfume. By Means Of Experimental Studies, Is Shown, For Example, That Benzyl Benzoate Add The Power Of Retarding The Rate Of Evaporation Of Other Volatile Substance.

The Art Of Fixation As Consisting Of Selecting “Those Substance Which, When Blended With The More Volatile Constituents Of Perfume, Will Prevent Their Rapid Evaporation & At The Same Time Retain The Predominating Note Of Their Fragrance. In Other Words, The Fixative Seeks To Equalize The Different Rate Of Evaporation Of The Various Constituent. The Fixative, May Themselves Be Odorous (Whether Pleasant Or Unpleasant), Or May Have Relatively Little Odor Value Of Own ( As Benzyl Benzoate, Diethyl Phathalate). The Process Of Fixation Of 3 Stages ---1> Pre-Fixation Or Complete Deodorization Of Solvent ; 2 > Blending Or Addition Of Modifying Fixators; 3 > Final Fixation , Or The Admixture Of Such Additional Substances As Will Produce The Desired Tenacity & Distinctiveness With Changing Of Basic Odor”.

The First Of This Process Or The Pre- Fixation, Is Of Interest Only In The Manufacturer Of Alcoholic Fragrance, Not In The Blending Of Perfume Oil For Use In Cosmetic. It Is Carried By Adding “ An Aromatic Resin Extracts Whose Odor is Similar To The Perfume For Which The Alcohol Is To Be Used”.

For Fixation During Blending, The Use Of Aromatics Note Of A Lasting Character To Be Introduce With The Other Blending Top Note.

In Final Fixation , A Blend Of , First Animal Fixatives To Give Warmth And Life And To Soften The Harsh Tones That Might Be Present ; Second Sweet Pleasant Notes, Usually Product By Natural Oils.

-:USES:-

The round, musk, highly extended note of cis – iso ambrettolide makes it a highly advantageous starting material in perfumery.

It gives any perfumery composition the development of the note, its diffusion, its roundness and its long-lasting nature without denaturing the note as a whole. This effect is perceptible from low doses, under 0,1 %, and very pronounced for doses of from 1.5% to 5%.
