The initial idea: DJ Twitter
The web application that in real-time provide information about the tracks performing by DJ through DJ’s public Twitter account.
Users can download tracks and listen them on their computers or mobile devices.
Survey of potential customersOur team carried out the survey of potential customers (DJs) and asked them following questions:
1.What do you think about DJ Twitter service?
2.Will you use it?
3.Do you like to share information about your tracks with an audience?
Problems with initial ideaAfter communication with potential customers (DJs) our team revealed the following problems with it:
• Tracks is not the same that DJs perform.
During the DJ’s performance they “mix” original tracks.
•Tracks are the DJ’s intellectual property.
DJs don’t want to share their tracks because competition between them.
DJ Radio: solution of problemsAfter discussion our team decided to revised initial idea and propose customers new service – DJ Radio.
DJ Radio is the LIVE Session broadcasting service that allows clubbers, electronic music lovers and DJ`s fans to listen and locate their favorite sessions world wide.
It allows end-users to listen real DJ’s “mixed” music, not just tracks from a playlist. It doesn’t allow to download tracks, only listen the streaming sound.

LIVE Session broadcasting AUDIO and VIDEO service that allows clubbers, electronic music lovers and DJ`s fans to listen, locate and view their favorite sessions world wide. 2 Products differentiated:
• AUDIO LIVE Radio Streaming for Electronic music lovers. APPs, WEBcast, etc… For both People and Club Owners at their Clubs
• VIDEO LIVE Streaming for CLUB OWNERS all around the world.
