o  4-bedroom community residences with accessibility o  Must meet all licensure requirements o  2 accessible bedrooms + (at least) 1 accessible bathroom o  Full kitchen & dining areas o  At least two common areas (i.e. living room and den, etc.) o  Outdoor space o  Two means of egress accessible to all in home

o  RLI for projects that will seek rental subsidy/service funding from DDD o  Excellent service providers o  Strong recent experience in development – or partnership

with a developer o  Ability to develop quickly o  Willingness to accept groupings of individuals as referred

by DDD

o  RLI o  Service provider must agree to accept grouping as referred

by DDD o  Individuals will have high levels of need for:

o  Behavioral supports and/or o  Medical supports

o  If interested in developing a home for a specific need, indicate interest/experience in RLI but still must commit to serving individuals as referred by DDD no matter their need

o  May include PICA, psychiatric supports, physical aggression, self-injurious behavior, elopement, etc.

o  RLI n  Medical supports

o  Supports that can be provided by non-nursing staff with appropriate training n  Insulin administration, turning or positioning, colostomy

emptying and maintenance, etc. o  Conditions requiring on-site nursing care

n  Oral or nasal suctioning, intravenous medications, tube feeding, catheterization, etc.
