Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 011, s. 2020, this Office issues the Alternative Work Arrangement in the DepEd Tarlac City Schools Division effective June 22, 2020. 2. A combination of Skeleton Workforce and Work From Home (WFH) the schedule of which is indicated in Enclosure No. 1 is adopted so that only a maximum of 50% of Division personnel physically report to office every day. 3. Performance monitoring and attendance mechanism shall be followed through the Office Work Week Plan (Enclosure No. 2) prepared by Heads of Functional Divisions/Units and the Individual Daily Log and Accomplishment Report (Enclosure No. 3) prepared by each personnel. Both shall be submitted online, the former at the start and end of each week respectively to the link provided by the ITO. 4. For personnel physically reporting, the workday will consist of six (6) hours on- site at the workstation and two (2) hours on WFH arrangement. This is to allow sufficient time to travel given the imposition of curfew hours, limited access to transportation, and other regulatory limitations on the inter-zonal or cross- border travel.

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENT IN DEPED TARLAC CITY SCHOOLS

DIVISION

To: OIC- Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Division Chiefs Elementary and Secondary School Heads All Others Concerned

1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 011, s. 2020, this Office issues the Alternative

Work Arrangement in the DepEd Tarlac City Schools Division effective June

22, 2020.

2. A combination of Skeleton Workforce and Work From Home (WFH) the

schedule of which is indicated in Enclosure No. 1 is adopted so that only a

maximum of 50% of Division personnel physically report to office every day.

3. Performance monitoring and attendance mechanism shall be followed through

5. Further, this Office adopts flexible work schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

All Personnel shall log attendance through a link provided daily by the ICT Unit.

Those who physically report to work shall additionally log in and out on the

official Logbook at the office site. Entries on the link shall be transferred to the

Daily Time Record (CSC Form 48) for submission to the immediate superior at

the end of each month.

6. No record of time log and accomplishment shall mean that no work has been

rendered for the day, thus subjecting the employee to absence.

7. Personnel shall ensure that they are available during the agreed working hours

and readily accessible through agreed modes of communication in order to

respond to directives, requests, and queries.

8. Previous issuances contrary to the herein indicated provisions are hereby

rescinded.

9. Immediate and widest dissemination of this Memorandum is enjoined.
