Who Is Diversity Youth Group?

We are a group of middle school and high schoolteenagers that meet on Wednesday Nights and

Sunday Mornings.

Who are Jill Honeycutt & Juston Smith?

Jill Honeycutt (aka- White Momma), is theyouth ministries director at Covenant UMC. Jill is anon-paid volunteer to this ministry and is very devotedto teaching the youths of the community the Word ofThe Holy Bible! Jill is the cut-up of the group, she en-

joys to have fun and make you smile at her goofinessand clumsiness, but she does it in a way that God isalways first! Shes a great person, a devout Christian,a teacher and student (we all continue to learn, some-times we just have to listen, our youth have so muchthey need to say!), and a friend and mentor to ouryouth. Juston Smith is a fourth generation member ofCovenant UMC. He serves as the organist and youth

choir director. Juston is the younger of the duo(J & J), but is definitely the more serious. He is theperson that keeps our group in order as far as sched-uling and planning. He brings his self-taught musicalabilities to youth choir every week as he encouragesothers to pursue what they love, be it music or not. Ayoung-man of God, Juston is very devoted to thegrowing of Gods kingdom, not only through the youthat Covenant, but the Church universal.
