Life is like a flower garden when I walk down the streets of Winnipeg and see tints and shades of colours of every colour in the book. It must me how the Garden of Eden looked like. How freeing when we can appreciate without judging, enjoy without craving and rub look in the eye of brothers and sisters with whom the common language is a smile. When you can do that you’ve arrive in the human race. Are you there yet? *** Diversity is like a garden you plant a little of this and a little of that. You plant some flowers in between the greens and potato and you sit back and wait for the sumptuous harvest but in spite of all that the weeds show their heads. You cannot stop the week from growing because is its natural job. Everything reaches for the light and when it connects with the light a bud appears and the seed leaves the darkness and grow and flower and dance in lightness. When you are plagued with thoughts of judgment, discrimination and racism, reach for good thoughts and see the beauty in everyone you meet as a reflection of your own beauty and gradually you will emerge like that seed.. ***** Shocking Truth Recent Research show the close-the-gate syndrome is happening in Canada. - Foreign born people are urging government to limit immigration. Can you believe that. Selfish dogs! They got compassion but now do not want to extend it to others. - There is a trend that discrimination is now based on the country people come from - Minority against minority discrimination is on the rise. - LGBTT people of colour are two times as like to experi- ence violence. There was cake-cutting, eats and drinks. The Minister thanked the members for their dedication.
