At Dot Foods, we owe much of our success to the diversity of our work force. We embrace the perspectives that each individual brings to the company. In fact, it is their ideas that are helping us double in size every five years, growing from a small company in Illinois farm country to a $4.5 billion company. Today, Dot employs over 4,000 people in 10 states across the country. As a family owned company, we try to treat each of our employees not as numbers, but as a vital part of the family. We not only respect all opinions, we count on them to make us successful. If this sounds like
an environment you would like to work in, find out more. Visit DotFoods.com.
