Encourages Districts to attend to their individual formation needs within a broad thematic framework

communities and allowing for Districts to replace certain regularly funded events, e.g. District retreats, with CTBB activities

Allows for the appropriate involvement of Partners

Promotes a collective Regional dialogue among Brothers

Sets the stage for surfacing issues at the 2012 Regional Assembly and at the General Chapter in 2014
