1.0. In compliance with the Operational Certification Procedure of our Free TradeAgreements, you are hereby directed to follow this composition in assigningreference numbers to certificates of origin:

2.0. The Port Code shall refer to the official SOC port code assigned to each portand sub-ports. A list of the said port codes is hereto attached as" NNEXAn.

2.1. The Export Coordination Division and the One-Stop ExportDocumentation Centers (OSEDC) in Manila, Cebu and Davao shall usethe following as Port Codes:

4.1. The Port code, FTA code, and Year of Issuance shall be separated byspaces.

4.2. The Year of Issuance and the Numerical Code of the .ertiflcate oforigin shall not be separated by a space or hyphen (-).

4.3. The Numerical Code shall correspond to the number of certificates oforigin per FrA issued within the year (i.e. January 1 to December 31).

4.4. Each certificate of origin must have a unique reference number. In nocase shall two certificates of origin bear the same reference numberincluding cancelled and replaced certificates of origin.

5.0. All existing policies, issuances and memoranda inconsistent herewithshall be considered repealed and modified accordingly.

6.0. This order shall take effect on 01 February 2016.
