Prosecco NV Our premium own label - produced by the excellent Sorelle Branca estate - combines Prosecco’s hallmark fruit and frivolity whilst delivering complexity and finesse. Fabulously fruit and bursting with flavours of spiced pear, red apple and ripe peach set against a subtle mineral backdrop. Focused and crisp on the finish, this is delicious to drink either on its own or with light canapé nibbles. Bordeaux Blanc 2009 The Dragonfly, as depicted on the front label, is a frequent sight around the lakes and ponds that form part of the estate located in the picturesque landscape of the Premiéres Côtes de Bordeaux where this wine is produced. Blended exclusively for us by the highly respected Chateau Lamothe, only the finest selection of Sauvignon Blanc makes it into this fresh, unoaked, single varietal expression. On the palate, this crisp, mouth watering everyday white has a bright, fruit forward character that recalls flavours of citrus fruit and herbs. A delicious match with lighter flavoured dishes such as fish, salads and subtle cheeses. Malbec 2009 The image on the front of the label is of the Andean Condor, a national symbol of Argentina, which is native to the Andean mountains that cloak the Valle de Uco where the wine is produced. Soft and juicy on the palate with flavours of ripe berries, cocoa and mixed spice, supported with ripe tannins and culminating in a long, rounded finish. A stunning example of Argentina’s flagship grape, this is perfect with red meat dishes and cheeses. Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2009 This wine is exclusively produced for Harvey Nichols by one of New Zealand’s most historic producers, the award winning Auntsfield Estate. The front label depicts “Martha”, Auntsfield’s Model A Ford, which is still in use to this day, and is symbolic of the tradition and heritage of the Auntsfield estate. Immensely ripe and flavoursome, this wine is bursting with juicy, luscious, tropical fruit flavours, finely supported by zesty, tangy acidity. A versatile wine that can be enjoyed with or without food. Pair with Thai, Japanese and fish dishes for the best culinary matches. Chablis 2008 This exceptional Chablis is produced for us by Domaine Alain Geoffroy, one of the appellation’s most respected producers. This image, as depicted on the front label, pays reference to Alain’s most extensive collection of antique corkscrews, which are displayed in a museum at the Domaine. Dry and refreshing on the palate, this wine offers great balance and depth providing the perfect partner to a wide range of seafood and white meat dishes. Late Bottled Vintage Port 2006 Crafted for us by revered Port house, Quinta de la Rosa, this fine example sets a benchmark for the LBV category. Full and concentrated in the mouth with similar flavours of dark and dried fruit plus a supporting entourage of liquorice, clove and chocolate it is finely balanced with lively acidity and supple tannins. Deliciously indulgent on its own or with chocolate based treats. Shelf Signage for the new Harvey Nichols Wine Collection, each sign relates to the origin of the particular wine. I used the company’s brand guidelines to create a simple and elegant selection of shelf signage, that reflects the personality of the wines - simple yet sophisticated. The new Espresso Café menu for Harvey Nichols Birmingham. The brief was to create a menu that was easy to read and elegant. I feel the menu works very well reflecting the Espresso Cafés cool greys and cosmopolitan atmosphere, each section is informative and easy to distinguish, whilst still having room to breathe.

The Harvey Nichols Christmas Pop Up Shop located on Level 3 of the Mailbox, Birmingham. With this project the Graphics Team from Head Office sent the artwork files to the Birmingham Store Display Team. Where myself and my colleagues produced the vinyl using Flexi Sign. When all the vinyl was cut and prepped, we installed the artwork on the windows and walls, as well as re-positioning crates, building the deer heads from cardboard and any other display tasks required.
