Discuss the importance of three time period pre-training, during training and after
training.
Definition of retraining
Pre-training is examining the effects of perceived training reputation, managerial support and
self-efficacy on pre-training motivation and likely transfer of training in a private training
curriculum.
Pre-training
The practical interest organizations would have on increasing the effectiveness of training
programs. Interestingly, a variety of approaches have been shown to influence the effectiveness
of training. For instance, training content, rewards, compliance, and goal orientation seem to
play a part in predicting certain training outcomes. In addition, some have suggested that pre-
training motivation may influence important training outcomes, such as transfer of training.
Thus, although there is some evidence that pre-training motivation may influence training
effectiveness, relatively little research has examined the factors that contribute to trainees pre-
training motivation. Determining the specific individual characteristics that influence the
effectiveness of training is important if we are to understand how to increase the likelihood that
behavior change and performance improvement will result from participation in training
programs. The present study will examine the extent to which employee attitudes and beliefs
about training influence pre-training motivation and transfer of training perceptions.
Specifically, we will explore how the reputation of the training program, the degree of perceived
managerial support, and the level of self-efficacy influence trainees pre-training motivation and
perceived training transfer.

Definition of during training.
During the programmed: These types of evaluations are conducted at the time of programmers is
going on. By this we find the interest of the trainee, communication skills and knowledge of
imparting learning to the trainees by the trainers, sequence of the programmers, physical aids,
arrangements and more.
During training refers to the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies as a result of theteaching of vocational or practical skills and knowledge that relate to specific useful
competencies.

In training, that give the employees be inducted into training programmers to improve their job
knowledge, skill and future performance. The need for proper training is increased by the
following consideration:

b. Improvement in employee morale
c. Availability for future personnel needs of organization
d. Improvement in health and safety
e. Reduces on employee supervision

After Training
The importance of after training is measuring/evaluate the effectiveness of training. The first
method we should listing the training evaluation such as:

principles of evaluation
reasons for failure of training
Second finding any reason such as the need of evaluation, significance of the training and
objectives of the training.
Conclusions.
Pre evaluation: it is conducted before the training programme. By this we come to know the facts
like the trainee will have any knowledge on the particular area (existing knowledge), and to find
out the need of training, to select suitable participant for the desired programme, skills, attitudes
and more.
During the programme: These types of evaluations are conducted at the time of programme is
going on. By this we find the interest of the trainee, communication skills and knowledge of

Post Evaluation: This is the main and last stage in the process of evaluation. In this we find how
effect the training programme, the knowledge of the programme is really inculcate by the trainee
in the training programme or we want make any changes in the overall training procedure.
