We’re off to see the Wizard at the SGT Yano Library August 25 – SGT Yano Library

Countdown another month of deployment complete on August 25 at the SGT Yano Library for the 75th anniversary celebration of the Wizard of Oz from 5 PM to 7:30 PM. Join Blue Star Card in celebrating the classic tale of the wizard of Oz at the library with all your favorite character. We will be hosting our own themed Wizard of Oz party with crafts, a special reading of the book and a costume contest. The winner of the costume contest will receive a special gift from the Wizard himself. Blue Star Card Event No-Show PolicyIf you register for a Blue Star Card event and cannot attend the event, you must cancel your reservation by 12:00 PM (noon) the day before the event. If you fail to cancel your reservation and do not attend, you will be considered a no-show, which will result in you automatically being wait-listed for the next month’s events. It is our goal to include as many Blue Star Card holders as possible in our events, by implementing this policy; we hope to achieve this goal.

Key Caller – create connections, share information through email and phone calls, dispel rumors, handle crisis calls, VMIS

Fund Management – fundraise and spend FRG informal funds, including USAG-HI policies

FRSA/FRL – two-day course designed for the new FRSA/FRL and his/her commander; covers roles and responsibilities, volunteer recruiting, fund management, Care Response Teams (CRT), Survivor Outreach Services (SOS), ACS and installation resources, marketing, HR/employee info, and more
