Each style is different to the others

Drivers are the “adventurers”. They want to achieve and are self-motivated and like to do things their way. They like to do things now and quickly. They enjoy competition and winning!

Promoters are outgoing people who like having fun and meeting people. They are “socialisers”. They are enthusiastic and love to party. They make friends quickly, are popular and enjoy communicating.

Supporters are kind and patient. They are the “helpers”. They enjoy helping others. They like to be in a team and work together. They are good organisers and just get on with it, nothing upsets them.

Analysers are accurate and precise. They like to follow rules and do things properly. They are the “thinkers” who are good with facts and figures. Sometimes they are quiet and like being on their own.

Drivers bring problem solving, vision, drive and ambition, confidence and natural leadership.

Promoters bring communication and presentation skills, enthusiasm and an ability to work in teams.

Supporters bring friendly work behaviour and are responsible and hard-working, great at getting along with others.

Analysers bring logical and analytical decision making plus strong organisational skills.

Each style is better at some jobs than others

Many TV shows are created around four main characters. The Simpsons is the longest running comedy show on TV.

Each Simpson is different


LISA is smart, talented, has attention to detail and wants to do everything right. She practices, is top of the class and cares about politics and the environment. She’s a tender soul who doesn’t like failure or being criticised or being made fun of. Lisa is an ANALYSER

BART is always looking to gain an advantage for himself. He’s inward looking and often ignores people’s feelings. He tries to figure out a way for him to get the most by doing the least. He’s full of action and can’t sit still. Bart is a DRIVER.

HOMER has always got an idea or scheme and no matter what goes wrong he bounces back and is always optimistic. He wants the good things in life and to have fun. He’s very much a big picture person and not very concerned with details or problems he may cause. Homer is a PROMOTER.

MARGE looks after the family, is concerned about each of them and provides encouragement when they’re down and recognition when they succeed. She’s interested in security and doesn’t like change. She puts others ahead of herself. Marge is a SUPPORTER

The Simpsons


Most high schools have four houses and so does Hogwarts School of Witchcraft.

When students arrive they have the ‘sorting hat’ placed on their heads. The hat reads their personalities and assigns a house to each student.

Which house is – Driver, Promoter, Supporter or Analyser ?

Slythern are Drivers "Here you are in Slytherin where you'll make your real friends, Those cunning folk use any means to achieve their ends.“

Gryffindor are Promoters"You belong in Gryffindor, where dwell the brave at heart, Their daring, nerve and chivalry set Gryffindor’s apart.“

Hufflepuff are Supporters"You belong in Hufflepuff, where they are just and loyal, Those patient Hufflepuffs are true and unafraid to toil.”

Ravenclaw are Analysers"Here in wise old Ravenclaw, if you've a ready mind, Those of wit and learning will always find their kind."


Ninja Turtles

Ninja Turtles is another example of four different personality styles coming together to form a great team. Each has special qualities the others don’t have.

Leonardo is the leader of the group and a Driver. He keeps the others in line. He’s in control directing the team to their next project.

Raphael has attitude and is a Promoter. His judgment usually causes trouble for all. His ideas are never thought out properly.

Michelangelo is a Supporter. He prevents fights between the other turtles. He keeps the peace and is always ready to help.

Donatello is an Analyser and is the brains of the group. He’s the craftsman who makes all their weapons.


Disneyland

Adventure land appeals to Drivers. Excitement, action, exploration, pirate dens, haunted houses, lots of activity

Fantasy land appeals to Promoters. World of dreams and make believe, fairy tales, it’s a small world, knights in shining armour and damsels in distress

Main Street attracts Supporters. Old fashioned values, family, horseless carriages, family restaurants, gift shops, old fire and police stations

Tomorrow land attracts Analysers. A world of science and technological, space travel and exploration, outer space, interactive hi tech futuristic displays

When Disney opened their first theme park they wanted the park to appeal to people of all types. They wanted everyone who came to enjoy and experience something that matched their personal style. Disney created four theme parks.

Answer the survey

1. To answer the survey you must choose one MOST and one LEAST from each Group

2. Just tell us which one IS like you and which one is NOT like you.

3. You cannot select the same row for Most and Least

4. You cannot choose more than ONE Most and One Least per Group

5. Sometimes it will be hard for you to choose, so give it your best shot.
