Chapter 1 - Most people start online and fail miserably- if that’s been YOUR case so far it time to change things FAST. The majority of people reading this guide will have come online and been bombarded with so many opportunities that their head will be spinning. Chances are you’ve spent a lot of money, feel hard done by, been cheated by many ‘so called experts’, wasted money on failing adwords campaigns, the list goes on. I’m here to solve that and help you create a ‘step by step’ SYSTEM to follow. So take a deep breath and I’ll walk you through this Internet maze. Think of me as your well sharpened machete as we trail through the cyber Jungle. Here are some of the most common questions I’ve been asked: “Andrew is it best to start making money with affiliate programs?” “Do I need my own product? “How do I make my own product?” “How do I get traffic?” “I’ve been failing to make profits with my Pay per Click Advertising and it’s costing me a fortune” The simple answer is this… Yes you can make money from ALL the methods above but you need to take it one step at a time. Chapter 2 – Setting your own product in a way that will work Firstly I do recommend you get your own product and set up a website EXACLY the way I talk about below. Setting up your own product is a lot easier than most people think. ***Also before we go any further the SOLE purpose of having your first product is as a funnel to build your own customer list and subscriber list to sell to on a Repeat Basis.

Later in this guide I will show you exactly WHAT and HOW to sell to them**** Stop and listen! The #1 mistake people make is spending months and countless hours of their own time creating a product. They release it, it totally bombs and they feel like curling up into a ball and crying. I do not want this to happen to you so PLEASE listen and do as I say.

The reason why most people’s products fail is because they totally misjudge the market.

The easiest way to see what the market wants is to look around the message boards, SEE what is hot and take action. (I’m going to show you a REAL LIFE case study of how I did this shortly on a few occasions) Do not try and “force” the market to buy your product. It won’t work! By the way all these people below are my friends and TOP marketers and I’m proud to give my solid recommendation to all of them.

Chapter 3 – Using the “Guru Slayer” Resale Rights Tactic to beat the gurus at their own game and ‘cash in’ on the latest buzz product. Now at the time I didn’t know much about Google Adsense *BUT* I did realise the market was going totally crazy about it. So here’s what I did…Rather than spend hundreds of hours of my own time researching and developing my own product, I took a short cut… I went to www.google.com and typed in “adsense product resale rights”. Now the next point is very important. You can’t buy any product with resale rights and expect to make a fortune…

How to Choose a GOOD product with resale rights and distinguish between the trash and real stuff that will make you money… (A Real life Case Study of how I did

$25,000+ in sales from this) For those of you that don’t know what resale rights are here’s the definition. Resale Rights mean you can buy a product and sell it for 100% profit WARNING: Master Resale Rights means you can sell the resale rights on to the next person and they can do the same. I don’t recommend getting master resale rights for this purpose. The market becomes too saturated and the value can be worthless. So just stick with resale rights for this exercise. I’ve put a screenshot below of what happens when I typed in “adsense product resale rights” into Google.

As you can see from the screen shot above, we have a various selection to choose from… I’ve highlighted an example where you can join membership websites that supply new resell rights every month. At the time there was an ebook I spotted called “10 Real Adsense Secrets” by Ryan Diess with resale rights. It was selling for $197 to acquire a resale license. It was recommended to sell for around $27. The content of the book was teaching some “underground” tactics to increase your adsense revenue. **As a note about what price you should pay. Please understand if you are buying a resale license to a product at $10-$20 there is no real VALUE in that. It’s going to be

saturated around the Internet and you are going to have difficulty selling it. So always be ready to pay a bit more for a quality product. Remember – the more you

pay, the less people will have it giving YOU much more market share*** Now I want to explain exactly why I chose this product above the others so you can replicate this system when you cash in on the next “Buzz” topic.

1) Ryan Diess is known as a “good guy” in the industry. He is not going to put together a bunch of crap. NEVER EVER sell crap.

2) Ryan states there would be a limited number of resale licenses available which

means more market share is available for me. This is not essential but it will help.

3) I was supplied with a well crafted sales letter. Now for someone like me I COULD write a sales letter if required to. But some of you reading this may not have developed copyrighting skills yet. If you fall into this category don’t worry - it’s nothing to be ashamed off. Just work smarter by making sure the resale rights product you buy has a sales letter with it ☺ Again keep it simple – simple works!

ALARM QUESTION #1: I know many of you will be thinking “Andrew if I buy resale rights to a product, will everyone else not do the same thing and then I won’t make any money?” Again this couldn’t be further from the truth. People are VERY lazy at heart and the majority never do ANYTHING with resale rights. All you need to do is become an “action taker”, follow the steps I show below and make it happen. Remember the section at the start of this book about “believing in yourself”? Well now you must do this more than ever.

ALARM QUESTION 2: “Andrew but how will I get people to promote this product? How do I get visitors - I have no clue or prior experience” Again don’t worry. Just follow the steps I am about to outline below and I will walk you through this… “Ok Here’s the Resale Rights Blue Print. Step-by-Step For You To Follow” So I’ve bought the “10 Real Adsense Secrets” product off Ryan and it’s sitting on my cyber shelf collecting dust. It’s time to take action and make some money!

1) You need to register a new Domain name for this product. So I went over to http://domainorb.com and registered the domain “AdsenseProfitGuide.com”

2) I uploaded the sales letter Ryan supplied to my website. By the way if you need

Chapter 4 – The small yet “CRITICAL” details you must have implemented on your website BEFORE you even think about getting traffic. Before I teach you how to get traffic you MUST have the following measures in place. As I’ve stated above you MUST build a separate subscriber and customer list. So now I’m going to show exactly how to capture these details. Let me showcase one of my most successful websites, http://DominatingCB.com When you visit the website below, wait 10 seconds and you will see a pop up appear. I want you to click on the image below, visit the website and opt into the pop up.

**Pay Close attention to what I’m about to reveal to you - That pop up has made me $10,000’s in NET profit and continues to make me money

every day on autopilot– If you are an experienced marketer you will find some stuff basic, but there are also gems for you to pick up***

The purpose of the pop up is to build my SUBSCRIBER list. (As a side note if you do not know how to place a pop up on your website and build a list I recommend the following service that will do it all for you)

Trust me…over the years I’ve seen a lot of heartache with auto responder systems. Aweber have never let me down, that’s why I recommend them so highly. Ok back to business… You must remember the MAJORTIY of visitors that go to your website will not buy. In fact chances are out of every 100 people, 97 people will leave. That’s why you must turn the visitor into a subscriber . As a general rule you can get between 15 – 20% of visitors to opt in. That is opposed to only 2-5% buying the product the first time they appear on your website. What messages do subscribers get when they opt into my pop up? The opening messages provide more information about the product ‘Dominating CB’, trying to convert the subscriber into a buyer. Currently I have 14 messages included in the auto responder. The first message goes out immediately, giving them a free report. (If you clicked the image above, visited the website and opted into the pop up you will have received this.) The second message goes out the day after giving them a free video showing proof of the techniques I teach in Dominating CB. The third message goes out 4 days after the first one reminding them about the bonuses they receive with their order. NOTE! The auto responder sequence now changes. I begin to passively promote affiliate products in a way that earns me a FORTUNE. Watch carefully. Before I continue I want to show PROOF of the profits I’ve made on autopilot.

Above is a screen shot of one of my Clickbank accounts. The parts blurred out are for other promotions that are not part of the auto responder series. I want you look at certain things… First take a look at the “Publisher” Field at the top left. These are the products I have promoted. The ones I’ve had most success with are: “ChiaEwen” “FastPay” “IAmaRichkid” “Project X” “SecretAf” These are clickbank nicknames of products I promote. Let’s go through a few examples… “Secretaf” is a product by Ewen Chia about how to become a super affiliate. It’s a members area packed with resources and there’s a lot of value. The website is http://guruslayer.com/saw.htm If you scroll to the right of the screen shot you can see it has NETTED me $3012.46. This is just from people opting into my auto responder and receiving a message from me recommending it. The message promoting Ewen Chia’s ‘Secret Affiliate Weapon” goes out as the 4th message approximately 9 days after they opted in.

I have pasted a screenshot of the message I send below. I prefer to write my own custom messages to people rather than sending them a direct promotion. Remember you want to BOND with your subscribers, make them feel like you are their friend. In turn only recommend good products and they will buy from you. ***Looking after your customers and subscribers is one of the main reasons I’ve been on the Internet full time since 1999 and knowing how to bond with them. So do not overlook

the importance of this exercise*** Here is the actual email in my auto responder message that has made me $3012.46. I also know the link in this email has been clicked on 2519 times. (I turn the click tracking on using Aweber. It’s awesome for automated tracking.) http://aweberservices.com ===================================== BEGIN AUTO RESPONDER MESSAGE SUBJECT: How To Become A Super Affiliate… {!name}, I'm often asked about what the best or fastest way to make money online is.... In my opinion a great way to get started is affiliate marketing.. The reasons are, you don't need your own website, your own email list or your own product. And there are many ways to advertise. You can use Google Adwords, Pay per click search engines, Article marketing and much more. Yet 95% of all affiliates online fail

to make any *REAL* money. Scarey huh? The problem is affiliates are not trained correctly. ===================================== As you can notice the message above is a “follow on” to the last message they received. It sticks to the theme of affiliate marketing. Again I write it in a conversational way. I talk about the author. I mention he shows proof on this website. I mention the fact, it’s real world tactics that work. And the proof is in the sales. $5751.08 net profit for a simple auto responder message SUMMARY OF WRITING AUTO RESPONDER MESSAGES AND CHOOSING WHAT PRODUCTS TO PROMOTE. I’ve just picked two of my most successful messages for you to replicate. In total I’ve 14 messages. The reason I don’t have more? Yes have a guess; Because I’m lazy too – in fact I should go and add more in now ☺ A few tips to point out. The products I recommend are generally between $47 - $97. This is enough to give me a good commission but not too expensive where people cannot afford it. A great place to find good products to promote is http://Clickbank.com Just visit the link above and search their marketplace and you can see what are the top selling products in various categories. Another good thing is leverage. When you contact the affiliate product owner and tell them how you have added their product into your auto responder sequence and have made x amount of sales they will be grateful. Why not suggest that they add your product to their auto responder sequence? Even offer to write the message for them and set them up with an affiliate link. Again it’s a simple step to take – but it DOES work!

Chapter 5 – “CRITICAL” Capture Detail part 2. Setting up your thank you page correctly to build your customer list. Your customer list is probably your most valuable asset you can have. Even a customer list of 1000 people when “talked” to correctly can supply an income of $1,000’s per month. (Again I’ll show you how to do this in the “Broadcasting to your list” section further down) It’s VERY important to keep details of all your customers for each product separate. Here’s an example… Below is a screen shot of my thank you page for “Dominating CB”. After the customer orders my product this is page they will see.

Now here’s a mistake even the Guru’s make and how you can make this “guru slayer” tactic work for you. When you order a digital product the thank you page is often the download area for the product.

This is totally THROWING money away. In fact I was doing it for many years myself. You MUST collect your customer’s details first before they can access the download page. Your customer list is a prized possession. You will notice I ask for 5 details NAME EMAIL CLICKBANK ID PHONE NUMBER STATE Now there are several reasons for this… First I capture the name and email address so I can follow up and market to them again. The reason I capture the clickbank ID is if I want to turn the customer into an affiliate. I also capture the phone number and state for a few reasons. I can personalise mail my customers like “Hey Andrew, how’s the weather in Bangor”. It’s also good to know where your customers are as well. A customer buying from you is MORE than just handing over money. They are handing over their trust and you can never break it. Treat them right and they will be a devoted buyer to future products AND any affiliate products you recommend. A customer list is a very valuable asset. I will show you in detail how to promote to it in the “Broadcasting to your list” section. You can make A LOT of money promoting affiliate products to this list when done correctly.

Chapter 6 – Setting up your product download area correctly for MORE profits, gaining testimonials and delivering the product This is another area many of the Gurus neglect. There are several purposes to the download area apart from delivering the product you have just sold the customer. I’ve taken a screen shot of my “Dominating CB” member’s page. Have a look over it and then we shall dissect it so you can replicate it for your own product.

Ok if we start from the top you will notice I have the word “Step One”. People LOVE being led and told what to do i.e. “Step one: do this, Step two: do this”. It’s less decision making and makes it seem easy to them. So first I tell people that the Dominating CB videos (the product they have just paid for) are at the bottom of the page and explain they may take a few minutes to load because of the amount of people accessing them. Then you will notice “Step Two”. I actually tell people to start promoting the product as an affiliate and earn 60% commission per sale. There is a link to my affiliate page (we will discuss this is a lot more detail in “Setting up affiliate page” further down the guide). The reason why you want to turn your customers into affiliates is to keep an ongoing flow. A customer orders, gets your product and enjoys it. Then they become an affiliate, send more customers to you and the cycle starts over. “Step Three”, is telling customers to claim their “unadvertised” bonuses. People LOVE surprise gifts. This helps increase customer loyalty and cut down on refunds of your product. It also means when you go to sell them additional items in the future they will be a lot more responsive to your offer. Again this is all very simple but is one of the core foundations of a million dollar a year business.

I then proceed to list the download links for the bonuses people receive. Remember you always want to over deliver to people. This will help develop extreme customer loyalty. SUMMARY OF SETTING UP YOUR MEMBERS AREA As I’ve shown you above its *ESSENTIAL* that you implement the steps I have just taught to stand out amongst the rest. This is why 95% of people “fail” that try to start an Internet Business. They don’t have a full system in place. People concentrate too much on just trying to “sell a product” without thinking of what happens next. If you start sending traffic to your website without a system in place you will fail. Now that I’ve shown you EXACTLY how to set up your very own successful website system its time to move on and let the fun begin… Let’s start getting visitors!

Chapter 7 – Your website system is now set up. It’s time to start sending traffic and start making money. Now I warn you of this in advance… This will be the HARDEST part of starting to make money online. Building MOMENTUM takes a while to get going. And trying to get people to joint venture with you will be harder at the start so I am going to show you ways around it, to “leverage” affiliates to promote for you. This is where the power of Clickbank comes into play… For those of you that do not know what Clickbank is… It’s an online marketplace located at http://www.clickbank.com Here you will find thousands of digital products for sale, but more important it’s a “hunting ground” for affiliates. There are TONS of people who make a full time living online solely as affiliate marketers. They look to see what product is “hot” and then start promoting it to “cash in” on the latest buzz product. Affiliates also love to promote products listed on Clickbank because.

A) They get paid well – usually 50 – 70% per sale B) They know they will get paid on time. Click bank handles affiliate tracking and

payment. This is where you must STRIKE! Remember in “Chapter 2” I talk about how to spot the latest buzz product, find your own by acquiring a good resale license and get people to promote. Well that is more important than ever now! This will be a major factor in whether you succeed or fail. Product Selection is SO CRITICAL. So analyse the market very carefully. Are people talking about Adsense, Blog & Pinging? Choose carefully… Give your affiliates all the tools they need to promote – make it easy for them!

More importantly you will begin to get statistics and that is what JV partners care about. You will be able to track how many people are coming to your website and how many sales you are receiving. This means he/she has more than likely PAID to build their subscriber and customer list. Naturally they want to re coup their money. So if you present them with an offer that seems in their interest i.e. show them your product and how related it is and the high affiliate commission percentage you are paying. Also *VERY IMPORTANT* - Always make yourself willing to help. Explain you have a subscriber and customer list and you would be happy to recommend his product to your list. I’ve included a sample letter template you can use to do this. Just replace the parts in RED with your details SAMPLE JOINT VENTURE LETTER “Hey PRODUCT OWNER NAME (Always find out their name) I’ve just had a look at your PRODUCT NAME and am wondering if we can help each other out ☺ I have a very similar, but not competitive product that might suit your subscriber list. I’d be happy to pay you 60% on all sales you make through Clickbank. Anyway have a look over it and look forwad to hearing from you. I have not had a chance to *REALLY* check it out and wouldn’t feel happy recommending it to you. So while a lot of affiliates are probably clamouring over each other in a “race” to make the sale, I will stand my ground. Hey I’ll lose a lot of money I’m sure, but I’d rather keep your respect instead of making a quick buck. It’s *MY* job only to recommend the top products to you and I hope you understand that. Writing an email like the one above can be EXTREMELY powerful in helping bond with your list. You are… 1) Standing out from the crowd. 2) Adding a personal touch. 3) Showing you’re not just after their money. 4) Making them HYPER responsive to your future recommendations. Chapter 9 – The Core Secrets Of Creating Super Human Affiliate Promotions And How I Sold over $65,000 worth of DayJobKiller.co.uk banking $40,000.00 commissions I’ve frequently been asked about how I generated such a windfall of commissions for Day Job Killer. People asked me… “Do you have a HUGE list?” “Did you buy a lot of ezine advertising?” “Was is PPC Traffic and Adwords?” The answer is No to all of them! Preparing a successful affiliate promotion is a very sensitive process. I’ve studied this for over 8 years now and I can conclude the following… There are 2 *MAJOR* factors
