PSYCHOLOGY
Psychology is the science that seeks to measure, explain and sometimes change the behavior of humans and other animals. Psychologists concern themselves with studying and attempting to understand human behavior.
It includes Personality, Attitude, Motivation, Training, Work Design, Work Stress etc.
SOCIAL PSYSHOLOGY
Social Psychology acquires concept from both sociology and psychology , although it is considered to be a branch of psychology.•It focuses on people’s influences on one another.•It also make significant contributions in the areas of measuring, understanding and changing attitudes, communication patterns and building trust.
It includes Attitude Change, Behavioral Change, Communication, Group decision making etc.
SOCIOLOGY
Sociology studies people in relation to their social environment or culture. It contributed a lot in studies of Group Behavior, researches of organizational culture, communication, power and conflict and other several important issues.
It includes Group Dynamics, Politics, Communication, Organizational culture and structures etc.
ANTHROPOLOGY
Anthropology is a science related to study of an organizational culture and environment. In short, can be called as study of human race. As culture has significant impact on human life, so study of culture is quite important.
It includes Individual culture, Organizational culture and environment.
POLITICAL SCIENCE
Political Science studies the behavior of individuals and groups within a political environment. It is necessary for better understanding of OB. Politics mainly includes group controlling, allocation of power and its manipulation for self interest.
It includes Politics, Power and conflicts.
