to pay a civil penalty of $2,500 and costs of investigation of $135.59 because he held himself out as or
otherwise used the title or designation "certified public accountant" and abbreviation "CPA" on his

of recorder of deeds within thirty days of the Secretary's approval of, because she failed to be of good
character, integrity, and ability; failed to be familiar with the duties and responsibilities of a notary public,
failed to keep and maintain custody and control of an accurate chronological register by Notary Public
Law and charged or received notary public fee in excess of the fees fixed by the Secretary of the
Commonwealth.
